Chef Ernie has lived in Forest Lake for over 7 years. He was previously a chef at notable restaurants such as Acqua, Canyon Grille and D'Amico & Sons. He first learned how to cook from his grandmother, a master chef, and then later studied culinary arts at Hennepin Tech. Ernie's Eatery is his first restaurant, a long sought after dream and the result of years of tweaking recipes. Chef Ernie features his creativity and culinary talents in our menu and weekly specials.
Ernie's Eatery is committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients in our food. We source our produce locally as much as possible, feature gourmet Boar's Head meats, and get all our fresh-baked bread from award-winning Franklin Street Bakery.
